Short version: we use what you send only to reply to you, and we don’t sell personal information.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details and use them to respond and, if we work together, to run the engagement.
- Technical logs. Our host and CDN (Cloudflare) may log standard request data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps) for security and reliability.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If analytics are added later, this page will say so.
How we use it
To reply to you, to provide services you ask for, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations.
Sharing
Only with service providers who help run the site or our email, when required by law, or with your permission. We do not sell personal information.
Client data
Data you share during an engagement is covered by the written agreement for that engagement, not by this page.
Retention and choices
We keep correspondence as long as needed for the conversation or engagement. Ask us to see or delete what we hold about you at hello@tallyandgate.com.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
